Announcing the first annual FullBucket Shoot-Out

Taylor Hanson is a barrel horse trainer and lifelong competitor who has begun an exciting career in the horse industry as an event producer. She is responsible for producing the GridIron Futurity at Seven Downs Arena in Spearfish, SD.

Hanson says that her favorite aspect of event production is “getting prizes and seeing people’s smiles when they get them! It makes me so happy to send people home with something in their hands!”

Hanson grew up around horses and competed in the South Dakota High School Rodeo Association and went on to compete in barrel racing, breakaway and team roping on the Black Hills State University rodeo team. Most recently, she ran in The American Semifinals in March on her horse, French Kiss to Vegas, and advanced to the performances in Cowtown Coliseum among some of the toughest competition in the country.

As a competitor her whole life, Hanson became interested in event production and puts on the GridIron with her family and close friends.

This year’s event (June 9-12, 2022) will feature two open races, two youth races, a peewee race and two rounds of the Futurity and Maturity, leading up to the FullBucket Shoot-Out Round.

The winners of each round in the Futurity and Maturity, in addition to the top 5 of the average in both the Futurity and Maturity will qualify for the FullBucket Shoot-Out Round.

Hanson is a FullBucket fan herself and especially loves Athletic Formula. She also uses equine probiotic pellets and paste, especially when hauling horses and traveling.

“FullBucket Health has quality products that have truly made a difference for all my horses. I have used the products on performance horses all the way to newborn foals. They keep my horses feeling, looking and working good. I love the products and the team behind them. So easy to work with and I am blessed to be able to promote their business.”

If you are in Spearfish, SD this week, make sure you stop by and watch the Fullbucket Shoot-Out, otherwise follow along on social @fullbuckethealth to catch up later!
